Objectives

To reduce the stigma experienced by individuals living with HIV/AIDS, increase awareness of protection and prevention measures, and enhance adherence to treatment among new patients.

Beneficiaries

Population of Kafountine and Diouloulou. Individuals living with HIV (with a special focus on women).

​

Some activities:

• Training for traditional and religious leaders to break the stigma.

• Talks with youth about transmission and prevention methods.

• Support for affected individuals to adhere to treatment and receive psychosocial support.
